Hey Frank! Happy Birthday! Hope you have a good day and enjoy being 40. It isn't too bad. We miss seeing you now that we're all grown up. I have lots of memories of you being around back in the old days. You just were always there and it was o.k. because you were fun to be around. I remember playing lots of cards and board games at the lake and watching you and Brad play croquet. Your wedding to Vicki was one of my favorite weddings. I'll always remember your nice toast to your wife at the reception. Now you're a Dad and have a beautiful family. I'm so happy for you. Stacy Doug, Michele, Chris and Anders all wish you a Happy Birthday too!

I remember hearing that every day of my life with your big silly grin. Every time we were in the car you explained to me what the signs meant. Remember the Zebra Crossings and you told me only zebras could cross there. And the dip in the road meant to watch out for some dip standing in the road. The one I remember the most was the Stop Ahead sign and you conked me in the head. I always thought my name was Butthead because when you and Brad pulled me waterskiing you both would yell at me if I fell, "Get up Butthead". I loved every minute of it! Remember when we had an arm wrestling tournament and it got down to you and me and I beat you? You were probably letting me win just to be nice. Have a wonderful 40th Birthday. We miss you. |

Brad Sachs said:Frank and I have so many memories I don’t know where to begin.
We have been close since early childhood so he is just like a brother
to me. We spent a lot of time together so there are too many
stories--I could write a book.
I remember talking him into driving his mother’s Volkswagon around Ron and Pat’s parking lot. I drove first (I was probably 14 years old frank 13) and we switched, frank drove. Foose wanted to but we
wouldn’t let her. On the last trip around the lot the police pull us over and we were scared what would happen to us. Of course frank was driving and his face showed his guilt.
Well you would think we learned our lesson. But nope! Fast forward to the Cedar Lake speedway. I'm teaching him how to drive a four on the floor in the water truck that they use to water the track. We would drive the mini bike over there and drive that thing almost every day. Never did get caught.
We would also go to the popcorn booth, open up the front and proceed to make more popcorn than an army could eat and haul it home on the mini bike. Summers were so much fun going into New Richmond, the big city boys that we were, and teasing all
the farm boys. I've visited frank in North Carolina and Jacksonville and also in Gainesville.
I was so proud of him for going to college although I missed him so.
Frank graduates with a degree in computer science and what does he do?
Moves back to Minnesota and works for his mom running the Singing Machine and helping her with the party books. I could go on forever so I'll just say happy 40th and I hope to see you soon, Frank.
